Content updates and site maintenance are not included in this service. We offer maintenance packages for content updates if needed. Some restrictions apply to themes with heavily modified Ecommerce plugins or customized themes and apps. In such cases we have an extended White Glove service to cover these needs.
Does it matter which webhost I use?
You can use any host you wish. We have an a la carte option for all White Glove Services. We’ll add your site to the network and closely monitor it just as if it were on our servers. However, we definitely recommend working with a quality web host.
Can I change my plan after signup?
Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Just shoot us an email and let us know what you had in mind.
Do you have a list of referrals for your services?

What happens if a plugin or theme update breaks my site?
The simple answer is that we fix it. We go out of our way to ensure compatibility before we update plugins, themes, or WordPress versions, but sometimes the results of an update are unexpected and things break. In those rare scenarios, we quickly repair the issue and contact the plugin or theme author so they can work on patching the issue.
How many support requests can I submit with our plan?
You can ask us as many questions as you’d like, and if your request is covered by your hosting plan, then we’ll take care of it quickly. There’s no limit to the number of tasks we perform as long as it’s covered by your hosting plan. We want things to get done right and we carefully hand calibrate each plugin and theme we work on.
